Kristen Monaghan IBCLC
Kristen is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and lactation educator. She has supported hundreds of families in a clinical setting.
Kristen believes that feeding is not one size fits all. She assists families in achieving their feeding goals while providing current evidence based research. Kristen’s approach involves following baby’s lead while tuning into their natural instinctual behaviours.
Kristen is a proud mom of two beautiful children. She knows first hand the challenges that arise as she struggled in her own breastfeeding journey. Kristen intends to reduce stress around feeding, build confidence in parents, while providing emotional support through the entire process. In her spare time you can find her at the gym, cheering on her son at the hockey rink, sewing with her daughter or relaxing with her family at the cottage.
Kristen looks forward to connecting with you and your little one!
